decideli is operated by Research Strategies Australia Pty Ltd (ABN to be confirmed), based in Australia. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use decideli.com.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address when you sign up as a facilitator.
- Workshop content: initiative names, axis labels, and voting data you enter during workshops.
- Participant data: anonymous session tokens for participants who join via QR code. Participants are not required to provide any personal information.
- Usage data: standard server logs including IP addresses and browser type, used for security and performance monitoring.
- Billing information: payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
How we use your information
- To provide and operate the decideli service
- To send transactional emails (magic links, invitations, receipts)
- To respond to support requests
- To improve the product based on usage patterns
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in Australia. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Workshop results are visible only to the facilitator who created the workshop and the participants in that session.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate decideli:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Render — application hosting
Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing
help@decideli.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you delete your account, your workshop data will be permanently removed within 90 days.
Cookies
decideli uses session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify facilitators of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
