Agreement
By creating an account or using decideli, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using decideli on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
The service
decideli provides a live, browser-based prioritisation tool for facilitators. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service in accordance with your subscription plan.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must not share your account with others outside of your allocated seats.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use decideli to:
- Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in USD via Stripe. Prices are as listed on the pricing page at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, but you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current period.
Free trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the Solo plan. No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial, accounts revert to the Free plan unless upgraded.
Your content
You retain ownership of all workshop content you create in decideli. We do not claim any rights over your data. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, decideli and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may cancel your account at any time via the account page or by contacting us. On termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
